Terms and Conditions summary

Thank you for considering Celebrant Calm with Rachel for your bespoke ceremony.

When you book the services of Celebrant Calm with Rachel for couples, funerals, naming ceremonies and pet funerals, you will receive a service agreement. By booking, you are agreeing to the terms – summarised below.

Booking Fee and Payment

  • Enquiry to booking – after enquiry, a free initial consultation. If you decide to then book my services, I will hold the agreed date for you for 7 days pending receipt of your deposit.

  • A non-refundable booking fee (50% of total) is required to secure the date of your ceremony.

  • The final balance is due as stated in your service agreement.

  • Cancellations or postponements may incur charges and must be agreed as soon as possible.

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for services. Neither party is liable for delays due to events beyond reasonable control.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.

  • Obtain any necessary licences or permits.

  • Ensure the venue is suitable.

  • Inform Celebrant Calm with Rachel of any changes requested in a reasonable timeframe.

Your Expectations of Celebrant Calm with Rachel

  • Initial consultation plus subsequent questionnaire and meeting

  • Personalised ceremony writing and guidance on content as required

  • Script reviews and amendments

  • Regular contact

  • Delivery of the ceremony as agreed

Intellectual Property

  • The website content and the written ceremony script remains the intellectual property of Celebrant Calm with Rachel but will be anonymised 12 months after delivery.

Changes to These Terms

  • Celebrant Calm with Rachel will post on this website any changes to these terms.
