Accessibility statement

Celebrant Calm with Rachel is committed to ensuring accessibility on this website as well as within my celebrant work – making the ceremony planning process inclusive for all.
Web accessibility
My aim is to provide a website that allows visitors of all abilities to navigate it easily and enjoy engaging with the content. I have used a clear font, checked colour contrasts and used consistent colour schemes and layout. The structure should allow assistive technologies to read the material.
Images
I have added alternative text descriptions (ALT text) to images to make them accessible to those with visual impairment.
Browser and Device compatibility
The website has been tested with Chrome, Edge and Safari web browsers via desktop and laptop Windows computers as well as an iPad and iPhone and Android mobile phones.
Accessibility going forward
I will continue to monitor accessibility of the website through review and updates.
If you come across any accessibility issues whilst using the website or have any suggestions on how it could be more inclusive, please contact me to let me know so that I can address them.
If you or any of your guests requires support to access the ceremony or its content, please contact me to let me know and I will do my best to accommodate or to point you to someone who can help. I will also prompt you on this via my questionnaire and during our discussions.
As a celebrant I aim to be as adaptable and inclusive as possible in order to allow everyone to leave the ceremony feeling that they were able to relate to it and that it was true to the person or people at the centre of the occasion.
